The social media strategy we design for you will outline how we manage your profiles – what kind of content we’ll post on each website, when we’ll post it, and how we’ll increase engagement. We’ll set specific, measurable goals that align with your organization’s broader vision.

After iterating and agreeing on the final strategy, we’ll create a workflow for managing content. We’ll create a game plan for transferring content and information between the two of us. We’ll also schedule monthly meetings to discuss updates, progress, and insights.


Game time! Once your strategy is designed and our content game plan is in place, we’ll start creating and posting content to your profiles. We will also work with you to create customer service FAQs so we’ll be able to have informed conversations with followers who engage with your content.

The first two phases can take between 14-21 days to complete before moving into execution.
